We're waking up to a quiet start across the Province, with some cloudy and foggy patches hanging on across the east this morning. That low cloud and fog should burn off through the morning hours as the sun gets to work, and the rest of NL is already enjoying partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies to kick off the day.

Temperatures at this hour are sitting near 0°C to -5°C across most of the Island. Up in Labrador, it's a similar story, however most communities sitting near 0°C or a tad above. A typical late-April morning, with that fresh, crisp feeling in the air before the sun really gets going.

Highs today will once again climb into the upper single digits to the middle and upper teens across the Province. Happy Valley-Goose Bay is the warm spot to watch, aiming for around 14°C this afternoon, while Central/Northeast should reach about 12°C and Corner Brook climbs near 10°C. The Avalon will run a few degrees cooler thanks to that easterly marine influence — St. John's likely tops out around 5°C, but the sunshine will more than make up for it. Inaldn areas will be a tad warmer. Areas along the Bonavista Peninsula and northeast coast will be similar.

I’ll have a full forecast posted later today!
